Counseling for regular people with regular problems!

Everyone can use some guidance and support at some point in their lives.

 Each client is treated as an individual and what works for one person may not work for the next. Together we will develop a plan that is right for you.

 

Older Adults & Geriatrics 

Support for adults and their families living with the effects of aging or illness, grief and loss as well as caregiver burnout. From menopause and empty nest to divorce and life changes, we are here to listen and guide.  Extensive experience working with aging, disabled and chronically ill clients and knowledge to help guide you through the process of care planning and navigation of Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.

 

Convenient and Private

Counseling in the safety and privacy of your home, office or even your car on your lunch break. Telehealth allows us flexible scheduling with evenings and weekends as well as by appointment without having to come into an office. Telehealth behavioral health is covered under insurance the same way an office visit is.

We provide a safe, HIPPA compliant patient portal with our Electronic Medical Records program but you will not be asked to sign up with a 3rd party agency.
